By creating an account on ReconAI (“the Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ReconAI provides AI-assisted reconciliation of tabular datasets (CSV, Excel, Parquet, and similar). The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Reconciliation results should be reviewed by a qualified human before acting on them; we are not responsible for downstream decisions based on Service output.
Files you upload remain your property. We process them solely to provide the Service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to deliver the Service (e.g. AI model providers for insight generation, cloud storage providers for file persistence). See our Privacy Policy.
Paid features are denominated in credits, purchased via Stripe. Credits do not expire. Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing of future purchases with 30 days’ notice.
You agree not to use the Service to process data you do not have the right to process, to attempt to break the Service, or to abuse shared resources (rate limits, fair use). We may suspend accounts that violate this clause.
You can close your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms with notice where reasonable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via the email on file at least 14 days before taking effect.
